Maintaining organization in a furniture receiving warehouse is crucial for efficiency, safety, and overall customer satisfaction. A disorganized warehouse leaves room for items getting misplaced which can lead to critical items not being delivered at key milestones.

In addition to the processes within the warehouse, it's crucial to keep your customers informed of every item that is delivered on a real-time basis. This can help with project budgeting and item checklists on your client's end.

At Queen City Receiving, we have created processes to ensure our customers are informed of all deliverables on a real-time schedule through an online portal.

Each package is catalogued and includes a brief description along with a photo of each box. Package inspections is available as well as consolidation of items in larger boxes for easier transport.

For this particular project, Queen City Receiving is working with a customer who is setting up wellness offices in Charlotte, NC. They are headquartered in another city and need a partner to receive small parcel items and store until the office renovations are complete.

Our customers are able to view items as they are received daily, while keeping costs low and forgoing unboxing and inspections.

When selecting a furniture receiving company, it's important to inquire as to the processes in place when items are received. This will avoid surprise invoices at the end of a project and also ensure.
